Special Instructions :-

• Tenders Shall be Valid for a period of 120 Days from Tender Opening & all tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of amount

   as mention above in SL. No. 25 in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer, Education Engineering

   Department, Sylhet Zone, Sylhet.

• The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation(PPR) -2008" PPA(2nd Revision) – 2009 & Standard tender document will be

   strictly followed.

• If the lowest evaluated price exceeds more than 5% (Five percent) less/above than the official estimated amount then the tender will be

   rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever.

• If Quoted lowest prices is same in more than one tenderer, then Contractor shall be selected by lottery.

• The Tender must be unconditional.
• The procuring entity reserves the right to accept any tender or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

 

Note :- In under any unavoidable circumstances tender documents Selling, Receiving & Opening  disturbed the next working days will be applicable  for the same respectively.
